ABOUT
Morgane Anderson Events was founded in Paris in 2019. We plan and design multi-day celebrations for international couples marrying in France.
We take eight weddings a year. They generally unfold over two to five days and combine creative direction, production and a highly personal level of service.
Our world is Paris, the châteaux around it and the South of France — from iconic addresses such as the Ritz Paris and Hôtel de Crillon to private châteaux and coastal estates. We work in French, English and Italian.
Morgane
Founder & Creative Director
Morgane leads every project from the first brief through to the wedding itself and remains the couple's principal point of contact throughout.
She develops the creative concept, shapes the design and selects the partners who will bring it to life, while holding the project as a whole: the budget, the key decisions, the contractual framework and the many moving parts behind several days of events.
Before founding the agency, she practised law for nearly ten years — first in-house at one of France's leading software companies, negotiating contracts of ten million euros and above, then within one of the largest event companies in the country. That background still shapes the way she works today: with particular attention to negotiations, contracts, budgets and the decisions that protect a project as it evolves.
On site, she leads the creative direction through installation and styling, making sure that what was conceived months earlier is what guests eventually walk into.
Sharane
Project & Production Director
"Sharane works alongside Morgane throughout the planning process, with particular responsibility for project management, partner relations and the coordination of the teams involved in each wedding.
She plays a central role in building and managing the network of florists, caterers, musicians, technical teams and venues behind every project, keeping communication clear and making sure decisions move forward at the right time.
Throughout the planning, she keeps clients, venues and partners aligned, follows the operational details behind each decision and helps turn the creative direction into a project that is ready to be produced.
As the wedding approaches, she works closely with Kelly Ann to move the project from planning into production and on-site delivery."
Kelly Ann
Production & Logistics Manager
Kelly Ann joins each project as planning moves into production, with a particular focus on logistics, timing and on-site coordination.
She works through the practical details that allow the project to happen as intended: access, schedules, staffing, technical requirements, installations and the sequence in which each part of the production needs to come together.
Working closely with Morgane and Sharane, she helps anticipate constraints before the wedding and makes sure the production plan is clear, realistic and ready to be delivered.
On site, she coordinates the operational side of the event, helping teams move through installation, the wedding itself and the final breakdown smoothly and on schedule.
