VENUES & PRIVATISATIONS
France rewards knowing where to look — and knowing whom to ask. We source and visit a considered selection of venues across Paris, the châteaux surrounding it and the South of France, from iconic hotels and restaurants to private estates and coastal properties. Our recommendations consider not only beauty, but privacy, access, guest flow and the true cost of bringing each place to life.
Where a venue requires a full privatisation, additional permissions or a bespoke arrangement, we handle those conversations from the outset.
CONCEPT & DESIGN
Before choosing flowers or tableware, we define the architecture of the celebration: how the days unfold, how guests move through them, and how each setting should feel.
From there, Morgane develops the creative direction across florals, lighting, stationery, table design and every visual layer. The result is not a theme, but a world with its own rhythm and point of view — consistent across the weekend without ever feeling repeated.
BUDGET & CONTRACTS
Before planning begins, we establish a detailed budget forecast based on the scale, venues and level of production you are considering, using current costs and the realities of producing the wedding in France. This gives you a clear view of the likely overall spend before major decisions are made.
Once planning is underway, the forecast becomes a live online budget, updated as commitments are made and accessible at any time.
Contracts are reviewed before signature so that scope, exclusions, commercial terms and responsibilities are clear from the outset.
PARTNER SELECTION
We build the team around each wedding according to the brief, the place and the level of production required. Florists, photographers, caterers, musicians, chefs, technical teams and artisans are selected for the contribution they make to the whole — not simply because they appear on a preferred list.
Our relationships across France allow us to bring together established names and more discreet specialists, always with the same expectation of quality and professionalism.
HOSPITALITY & GUEST EXPERIENCE
For a destination wedding, the celebration begins with the journey. We consider the experience from arrival to departure: accommodation, transfers, welcome touches, timing between events, local recommendations and the small decisions that make a foreign place feel easy to inhabit.
Your guests should feel considered without ever seeing the work behind it.
PRODUCTION & ON-SITE COORDINATION
Once the planning and creative direction are defined, the project moves into production. This is where every decision is translated into a detailed operational plan — from installation and access to staffing, transport, technical requirements and the coordination of every partner involved.
Production is a substantial part of the process. It is where logistical constraints, technical dependencies and contingency plans are worked through in detail, so that the celebration can be delivered as intended.
Our team is on site throughout installation and the events themselves. Morgane oversees the creative direction and styling, while Sharane and Kelly Ann coordinate partners, logistics and production, making sure that what has been planned is executed with precision.
